'Moominland' Cutting Board

Since the very childhood I enjoyed the stories about moomins by Tove Jansson. When I was a child, I liked "Finn Family Moomintroll" (also known as "Magician's Hat"), a perfect book for children and those who never grow up. And less than a month ago I have read "Moominpapa at Sea", a very different story, a lonely and dark one. So, you can meet moomins, no matter how old you are.
I painted this cutting board for my friend Alina who actually did not know about moomins before. But I gave it to her with the book "Moominland Midwinter".
It is not an illustration, it is just some magical moment from that Moominland where there are always adventures, but also a cup of tea made by Moominmamma and waiting for you.
