At last the date of painting is the same as the date of downloading. ) To julvett, my first watcher - who loves James and Lily so much...  I always considered snowball fights to be much much better than real fights. If you want to fight why not go and have a snowball or pillow fight? Oh, I know it's too simple and unrealistic... ) But I think that James and Lily whose short lives were too connected with real fights would agree with me. But that's not a sad picture! ) Look at that snow Snape. He is protecting Lily as he always wanted. James is grinning. He doesn't believe that Lily will hit him. Go, Lily, go! )) |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. About snow-Snape. My friend asked me why James was so happy when his girl had made that Snape. I am not sure whose creation he is. ) I presume it was Lily who had made the snowman. But then James came and said that its nose was too crooked... exactly like their friend Snape's one. And it was James who had written "Snape". After that the fight began. )
And you know, that's just what I thought had happened with the snow-Snape. I thought they were building it together, and James had written 'Snape' because of the crooked nose. I think the story the picture tells is very clear.
Wow! It's funny that in fact I didn't imagine that story so clearly when I was painting it. Must have done it unconsciously. )))
